Liquorini are sweets with a liquid heart, enclosed in a thin sugar shell.

They date back to the history of Italian confectionery, and today there are few confectioners who still make them using the artisanal method.

Fabrizio Galla produces liqueurs just like they used to. To make the alcohol crystallize, it must be poured into molds made in starch boxes. These are then left overnight at 45 degrees so that a thin crust forms.

When they are ready they are immersed in a syrup saturated with sugar and left to crystallize overnight.

You can find ours in four variants: coffee, genepy, limoncello, rosolio.
