Pastry Chef
Born in 1973, Maestro Fabrizio Galla already has a long career behind him, studded with international awards and prizes.
Member of APEI (Pastry Ambassadors of Italian Excellence) and Relais Desserts , he is also an Ambassador of Bergamot .
Together with his wife Federica they run the laboratory and the pastry shop
Biography
Fabrizio's love for the white art comes from afar. Son of restaurateurs, he soon became a pastry chef in starred contexts and made significant journeys abroad.
In 2010 he returned to Piedmont, where he opened the pastry shop in San Sebastiano da Po (TO).
His style is marked by professionalism , elegance, excellence . Order and rigor , simplicity and goodness are some of the principles on which the production branded Fabrizio Galla is based, which have earned him the coveted Three Cakes in the "Pasticcceri & Pasticcerie" guide by Gambero Rosso.
Awards
In 2007 he participated in the Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie in Lyon, where he won the bronze medal and the special prize for best cake: the iconic " Jessica ", still the protagonist of his pastry shop today.
But there are many competitions that Fabrizio faces placing himself on the podium, such as the World Chocolate Masters in Paris in 2006 , where he placed second and won the title of best praline and the Grand Prix of Pastry in Barcelona in 2003 , where he won first place.
In 2019 he joined Relais Desserts , the prestigious French association that brings together the elite of high-end pastry making from 19 countries: one of the few Italians to be a member and in 2020 he became an APEI Member (Pastry Chef Ambassadors of Italian Excellence)
