The name comes from the famous cartoon character Jessica Rabbit, thanks to the theme of the competition in Lyon that year which had Roger Rabbit as its protagonist.
The "Jessica" cake comes in elegant and exclusive packaging , specially designed by Fabrizio: black on the outside with a bright orange interior, for a surprising effect.
It is accompanied by a special brochure that explains its structure and cutting methods, to fully experience – and share – a unique taste experience .
