Fabrizio Galla will be one of the “stars” of World Pastry Stars 2020 , the great event dedicated to high-end pastry making, among the most important at an international level. The event is scheduled for May 25 and 26, 2020 in Milan (at the Milan Marriot Hotel): a two-day event in which the greatest Masters in the world will tell their stories, comparing methods and experiences.
